The Star and its Online version thestar.com.my came to interview and did a piece on our Tai chi self defense class for ladies on Sunday, 7th July 2009 at the Yoga Life Center in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

The ladies in our Basic Self defense course were featured today in a video by thestar.com.my, the internet version of The Star newspaper. This was held in Kuala Lumpur. Title of the piece which apppeared on 15 July 09, is "Self Protection for Women".

Besides Tai chi, akido was also featured.

In the Tai chi class, we were doing basic level training : on mobility, stepping, sensing and some push hands.
