Overview of our Business and Marketing strategy of team building and development.
We set the environment and the culture of acceptance and appreciation. We appreciate each and every one of our team members and customers. We compliment the achievement of each level of progress a distributor makes and applaud him or her, and encourage and nudge him /her to progress a little more to the next step.
Leadership by example
We build the team by the adage, “Leadership by Example”. What we want our team members to do, we will endeavor to do and accomplish first, ourselves. For example, if we want our network to go out and sponsor others, well then - we go ahead and sponsor first, i.e. set the example. When we want our team members to become a 1k distributor, well – we achieve the 1k rank ourselves first, and on it goes - the 5k, 20k, Premier, 100k Premier etc. After achieving our own goal, you don't have to boast, but by your achievement you have led by example and “achievement is the best form of motivation” .
Linking Up
We encourage our team members to “link up” – to the source where they can tap on to a source of higher energy. In a simplified way of explanation, this linking up is to help them remain “charged up” through the weeks and months. In your business, you are likely to encounter resistance, some negativity too. You must have a place to "plug in" to, to re-charge yourselves. In a deeper way of explanation, linking up is a powerful way of being hooked up. Its being aware of your source, and re-member, and to appreciate, and to be connected to it.
Many people in the MLM industry do only the opposite, they pay great importance to their “downline” and neglect or even block out their upline, thinking that the upline is not a relevant source to refer to. We encourage our team to link up.
Power of Words
We encourage the proper use of words and that we should only say what we mean to happen. And that we do what we say we would do. That is to practice being impeccable with our word. Especially to say words that will result in good for ourselves and for others; and never to use words that will harm and hurt others. Use words that will uplift others not tear down others. This is extremely powerful, and very important in our team. You got to honour your words. Of course as humans, we will not be able to do this to a 100%, when we don't or are un-able to uphold our word, we should communicate this at the earliest time possible.
Goals setting
A foundational stone of being successful in our business is to have set goals. Goals that we have set will give us the direction to go, and to attract the results. We are creators of our results, and our choice of goals determines what results we achieve.
Growth
We believe it is the most natural thing for our team members is to GROW. To grow in all important areas of life. To live meaningfully by facing and overcoming challenges, and growing to be the best person you can be. We look for, encourage and expect this. And we will provide the platform for growth.
Weakest Link
We include the weakest link. This is the person who is shy, or the person who is skeptical, etc. we will include him in our conversation and activities. E.g. we may say “when I started out in this business, I was shy and introverted, and step by step I grew…” When the shy or timid person hears this he is encouraged that perhaps he, too can grow to be confident through his associaton with us.
Or share : “I didn’t like selling myself. Until I learnt that selling was also a skill. A specialized skill, and like any other skill it gave satisfaction and results when we practice it.”
In short, we don't exclude or shun the weak link in our network.
